Overview
The GTP Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for providing best in class service to business customers by delivering solutions across all departments of the GTP Client Delivery organization including the GTP Client Service, Implementation, and Training. The associate would need to have a good understanding of Commercial Banking Operations and Treasury Management Services. This position provides a vital support role to the various departments requiring additional resources for key project initiatives and to help maintain above standard service levels where volumes peak. The role requires the Analyst to be able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision. Responsible for timely and accurate setup of commercial depository and Treasury Management Services with a thorough knowledge of GTP Product functionality, system configurations, workflows, and customer interfaces. Must have a proven track record in client facing roles with strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsible for performing new customer onboarding of large relationships, customer training, internal and external business customer service and setup complex Treasury Management products. This multifaceted role requires an associate who can easily adapt to changes in the business environment and thrive in a dynamic ever-changing role. Responsibilities
- Proactively manage small to large sized GTP implementation projects with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, resolving issues, aligning stakeholders, and having an awareness of when to escalate delays impacting milestone deadlines. Develop and lead the execution of the plan to complete the onboarding assignments, notify all involved parties of their assigned tasks. Regularly communicate updates leading up to the go live effective date and successful completion of onboarding.
- Complete basic and complex implementation setup requests for new service and maintenance and perform audit callbacks within service level timeframes.
- Review complex account opening documentation for multiple entity customers. Understand risks of Deposit Account Control Agreements and provide operations feedback to legal. Perform transactions such as maintaining and opening new accounts, manage overdraft reports, quality control, stop payment, and callback manual wires.
- Responsible in ensuring accurate completion of GTP Product Implementation and new account required documentation.
- Support and function as a customer service specialist for both internal and external customers providing issue resolution within established guidelines.
- Serve as a subject matter expert representing GTP Client Delivery in new product roll outs. Test new release functionality and log feedback.
- Resolve account service issues through full ownership and resolution. Multi-task between incoming calls and email support requests with accuracy. Trouble-shoot wide-ranging issues with GTP Products, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Support and function as a training specialist on all Treasury Management products including backend system setup, and customer functionality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Banking experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of Business Customer Service experience required.
- Minimum 5Years of Treasury Management products and services experience or combination of Commercial Banking operations experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on meeting or exceeding service level goals while providing best of breed service.
- Demonstrate good judgement and analytical skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues
- Must be able to work a very flexible schedule.
- Must be technical and internet savvy with basic knowledge of PC settings.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $115,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Salary : $70,000 - $115,000
