Job Summary
The Broker Services Coordinator role is a dynamic position that ensures the smooth operation of our high-end real estate office. This individual will coordinate front desk responsibilities, provide elevated customer service, support brokers, maintain office presentation, and assist with marketing and business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage showings for brokers
- Create marketing materials and assist with administrative tasks
- Manage front desk duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Contribute to day-to-day tasks and projects as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent marketing & administrative experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and web-based software programs
