Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, Eagle County’s leading real estate brokerage, is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team of support staff. The Broker Services Coordinator ensures smooth operations of our high-end real estate office by coordinating front desk responsibilities, providing elevated customer service, supporting brokers, maintaining office presentation, and assisting with marketing and business planning. They must demonstrate consistent attendance, a proactive attitude, and an ability to learn various company platforms (Matrix MLS, BoldTrail, Marq, Xpress Docs, Office 365), serving as a resource for training. Additionally, they may support the Branch Broker with report generation, meeting scheduling, and office event planning tasks.

Pay Rate: $23 -$25/hour dependent on experience quarterly bonuses
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Shifts are from 9am-5pm, with flexibility for office events
What You’ll Do:
- Support brokers at the Avon office, ensuring smooth daily operations and assisting with administrative and marketing tasks, such as setting up showings, creating marketing materials, and scheduling appointments.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing clients to brokers in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining a clean office environment, stocking sales tools, drinks, and supplies, and checking conference rooms to ensure they are neat and organized.
- Handle outgoing and incoming mail, distributing it to brokers’ offices or mailboxes as necessary.
- Run month-end reports and submit them to the corporate team.
- Operate and maintain office equipment, including computers, software, color copier, and postage machine.
- Prepare Monthly Broker Floor Duty Calendars and send out morning messages to the team.
- Assist the Branch Broker and Corporate Team with meeting invitations, agendas, and refreshments for office meetings and events.
- Contribute to various day-to-day tasks and projects as needed, adapting to the dynamic needs of the office.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent marketing & administrative experience
- Computer proficiency including using programs such as Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and other web based software programs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a sense of professionalism
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
