We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team in Viceroy Snowmass! If you are an upbeat people-person who enjoys working in a busy environment we would love to meet you!
Duties Include :
- Oversee the day-to-day Accounts Payable process.
- Assist with any Income Journal questions, validate and distribute reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, intercompany billing and reconciliation.
- Oversee collection and reconciliation of cash and monitor shortages.
- HOA bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the production of 1099's.
- Maintains accounting standards with established Standard Operating Procedures.
- Follows policies to ensure the preservation of hotel assets by using internal accounting controls and ensuring that all transactions are recorded properly in Resort's books and records.
- Ensures compliance with all Finance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Strives for continuous improvement and excellence in all areas of responsibility.
- Experience in BS sheet reconciliation.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Need to be a collaborator to assist in the day-to-day running of the department.
- Other duties assigned by your manager.

Employment Type : Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate : $28 - $33 per hour
Schedule : Flexible schedule, some nights and weekends and holidays required
