- Provide HR support to operations teams, including onboarding, recognition programs, processes, initiatives, and surveys.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR paperwork, including I-9 forms, E-Verify, and background checks.
- Respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers regarding employment policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee files, conduct audits, and process verifications of employment.
- Manage workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and invoice coding while reviewing employee bonus reports and winter incentive tracking.
- Assist job applicants by explaining positions, guiding them through the application process, and prescreening candidates.
- Support Spanish-speaking applicants and employees, including translating internal communications and assisting with benefits-related communications.
