Registrar
In this role, you will be responsible for managing student records and academic services, ensuring smooth academic operations, and advising students on registration and academic processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to school registration, transcripts, and academic records.
- Oversee the entire registration process, including course registration, schedule changes, and student enrollment management.
- Manage the processing and issuance of transcripts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Advise students on academic requirements, course selection, and program guidelines.
- Process and review grade submissions, ensuring that grading is accurate and in compliance with university policies.
- Support the change of major process, providing guidance and facilitating necessary paperwork.
- Conduct audits of student records to ensure academic standing is accurate and up to date.
- Alert faculty and staff to any discrepancies or potential issues related to academic records and grades.
- Generate and submit regular academic reports, including enrollment statistics and graduation data.
- Manage the graduation application process and ensure all students meet the necessary requirements for graduation.
- Perform other general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least three years of experience in higher education or administrative management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in handling student records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) and other academic software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, customer-service-oriented attitude with a focus on student success.
- Adherence to student privacy laws (FERPA) is required.

- Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as open houses, webinars, and information sessions, to promote the university’s offerings.
- Support prospective students in the preparation of necessary documentation, including application materials, transcripts, and test scores.
- Provide ongoing support to admitted students as they transition to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospective students.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or customer service is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty.
- Ability to present information clearly and confidently in both individual and group settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
