We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant financial regulations.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reporting.
- Maintain financial documentation and records in accordance with company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Employment Type: Full Time Year Round
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $35.00
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday work hours.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ethical Judgment: Commitment to integrity and ethical standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
