Employment Details
Winter Incentive: Eligible for an Epic Merchant Ski Pass or equivalent bonus (depending on start date)
Status: Full Time Seasonal employment with immediate start and flexible scheduling
Pay Rate: $22 per hour complemented by commission opportunities and tips
Annual Performance Bonus: Generous 10% bonus based on exceptional performance

Responsibilities
As our Front Desk Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of our property, responsible for creating memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive. Your role encompasses warmly greeting both guests and property owners, managing seamless check-in and check-out processes with personalized attention to luggage assistance and property tours. You will serve as our premier concierge, expertly handling restaurant reservations, coordinating exciting local activities, arranging transportation, and efficiently managing housekeeping requests to ensure our guests' absolute comfort and satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of professional guest service experience and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
Work Schedule
Our flexible scheduling offers two primary shift options: morning shifts from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM and evening shifts from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, providing adaptability to suit your lifestyle.
