Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator supports the team, managing schedules and transactions, maintaining files and working with all departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports the Closing Manager with administrative duties.
- Prepares and managers electronic and hard files.
- Assist buyers, lenders, coworkers, and sales team with all aspects associated with building and buying a home.
- Prepares and sends written documentation to customers.
- Updates software and departmental reports.
- Provides support to the team and management.
- Responsible for other projects as assigned – assists with special events.
Skills/Abilities and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and other Microsoft programs.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- Quick learner – ability to adopt to new software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Highly detailed and team oriented.
- Ability to make improvements and go above and beyond to get the job done.

- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
