EASTCONN is recruiting for Summer Student Support Specialist II (5 positions) for the anticipated 2025 Extended School Year Program held at the Educational and Vocational Center (EVC) in Columbia, CT from July 1st - July 31st, Monday - Thursday (19 days; 6.0 hrs/day; 4 days/week)
Required Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Employment as a Student Support Specialist II or comparable position.
Or: Combination of education and experience that is a substantial equivalent to the above education and experience.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Physical Management Techniques (PMT) certification.
2. Certification in First Aid and CPR.
