What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Teacher (P.E./Health) position at EASTCONN Educational & Vocational Center (EVC)?
Part-time Summer Teacher (Physical Education and Health) needed at our CDT location for the Extended School Year from July 1st-July 31st, 2025 (19 days; 4 days/week; 6.0 hrs/day).
Required:
• Must have CT certification in 043 and 044;
• Experience with behavioral management and academic skills; and
• Experience with and ability to differentiate instruction according to developmental/
physical/ and academic needs of students.
Previous experience teaching K-12 students who have social, emotional and behavioral difficulties are preferred.
