Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy that will lead to increased service provision and achievement of enrollment targets set by leadership with an emphasis on increasing private pay enrollment.
- Responsible for identifying referral sources and obtaining referrals with a focus on identifying opportunities for community engagement and cultivating and maintaining relationships with referents, prospective clients and their families.
- Implement marketing strategies and approaches to maximize awareness of Easterseals’ programs and services.
- Work with Director of Care Coordination and program management team to identify target populations and geographical locations for community outreach efforts. The individual(s) in this role will spend the majority of working hours in the community promoting Easterseals’ service offerings.
- Actively engage in the community to promote Easterseals’ services and support the agency’s goal to be the provider of choice for client seeking services in NH and VT.
- Facilitate formal presentations on Easterseals’ service offerings to community groups and organizations and work with these entities to establish a pipeline for referrals.
- Play an integral role in the configuration of CRM for capturing relevant data from referrals from all sources including but not limited to social media inquiries, community partners, online referral sources, etc.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with various payers, referral sources and community agencies.
- Establish referral partnerships with other treatment providers and agencies and manage those ongoing partnerships.
- Work in collaboration with finance, program analysts and business strategists to (1) identify and develop data-driven sales goals and improve revenue and profit margins and (2) make informed decisions and sustainable changes to current processes to promote optimal program performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service
- Address customer inquiries and leads for services in a timely and professional manner
- As part of the Business Strategy team, this role will be integral in identifying and developing unique service offerings based on current and prospective client needs
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications department on promotional materials, outreach strategies, data tracking, and appropriate promotional communications.

Qualifications:
- Associates degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related major with two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing with a proven record of achieving sales goals OR:
8 years' experience with a proven record of achieving sales goals and program growth
- At least one (1) year experience in a field that relates to client services
- Very strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation
