Position Summary
The Inside Sales Coordinator position is a point person between the Sales Team and the Production and Traffic Teams. They are responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the sales team and traffic teams in the manufacturing plants. This includes maintaining sales records, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, customers, and manufacturing plants. This role ultimately contributes to achieving sales goals by supporting the sales representatives and overseeing the overall sales process.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Partners with traffic departments in both plants to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Enters New Orders into System, Releases metal for shipment.
- Maintains a sales traffic Calendar to cross reference with the Traffic Departments.
- Assists accounting on how orders should be invoiced.
- Performs month-end closure with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Maintains the recordkeeping system for all orders, releases etc.
- In coordination with the sales & traffic teams, identifies customer specific requirements as shown in sales monitor, ensuring the information is current and accurate, and verifies the cross-over to Business Central.
- Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions
This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. This role will primarily work in an office setting but may need to spend time on the plant production floor and will be exposed to varying temperatures.
