Work Schedule : 261 days; 8.0 hrs / day (Full-Time, Exempt)
Compensation : Salary range for this position is $69,524-$72,652 plus a generous full-time benefits package pursuant to the Professional and Technical Personnel Contract.
Position Purpose : Eastern Carver County Schools is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The Human Resources Benefits Specialist serves as a member of the Human Resources team which plans, administers and coordinates all employee benefit functions for district staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : See attached.
Qualifications : A two-year post-secondary degree is required. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. The selected candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve school district goals.
