Requirements
- Must hold a valid Tennessee General Contractor’s License
- Must be able to work on-site in Clarkesville, TN
Responsibilities
- Overall Project Oversight: Manage the entire project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and Other Project Participants.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update on progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
