What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary Teacher (25-26) position at Eastern Greene Schools?
Eastern Greene Elementary School is seeking a passionate and dedicated general education elementary teacher to join our team. The specific grade level will be determined based on staffing needs for the upcoming school year.
Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana teaching licensure preferred.
- Interest in sponsoring/coaching extra-curricular activities preferred.
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Job Goal:
- To provide high-quality instruction aligned to Indiana Academic Standards in a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.
- To support the academic, social, and emotional development of all students through differentiated instruction and meaningful relationships.
- To contribute to the continued excellence and growth of Eastern Greene Elementary’s educational programming.

- Collaborate across grade levels and content areas to enrich student learning
- Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills
