Job Description
Eastern Iowa Community College is seeking a dedicated full-time Clinical Instructor for the Radiologic Technology Program. This position works closely with the Program Director and Clinical Coordinator and plays a crucial role in student development. The full-time Clinical Instructor will oversee student scheduling, supervision, clinical instruction, and evaluation in the clinical setting. The Clinical Instructor must be well-versed in program goals, clinical objectives, and the clinical evaluation system to ensure students receive high-quality education and hands-on training.

Required Qualifications
The Full-Time Clinical Instructor must meet the standards outlined in the JRCERT Standards for an Accredited Educational Program in the Radiologic Sciences and must :
- Possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Have a minimum of three years of full-time professional experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience as an instructor in an accredited radiography program.
- Hold current credentials in good standing in radiography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Demonstrate proficiency in clinical instruction, supervision, and student evaluation.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
