Eastern Lift Truck Co. Entry Level Accounts Receivable Coordinator Currently, we are seeking an Entry Level Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our Maple Shade, NJ location. Main Duties:
Contacting customers about past due invoices through emailing and calling
Emailing invoices to customers
Working with Customers and Service Reps and Account Managers on disputed invoices
Credit Card Processing
Posting Credit and debt memos
Requirements:
Pleasant phone demeanor
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player
Ability to take direction
Attention to Detail necessary
Stable work history with record of excellent attendance
Must possess Computer Proficiency specifically, in Microsoft Word and Excel
