Marketing Coordinator
Supports organization on revenue and marketing
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement marketing projects with responsibilities that include:
- Project Coordination and Management for the Revenue & Marketing Department (Motion?)
- Manage the EMS Branded Documents Initiative
- Maintain the Digideck Presentation Platform (text & image edits)
- Develop and distribute company newsletter
- Create Social Media content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Report activity related to email campaigns (Mailchimp)
- Maintain asset library for our sales team (images & files)
- Maintain customer training database
- Work with the Human Resources department to coordinate employee recognition and promotional events
- Manage company promotional items
- Other duties as assigned as needed

Education
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
Experience/Skills/Abilities Required Advanced skill level with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Intermediate to advanced skill level with Adobe Creative Suite; specifically, Acrobat, Photoshop and InDesign
- Able to work independently on a broad variety of projects.
- Extremely resourceful and ability to show initiative; use internal resources to achieve desired results
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer and internet research skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new techniques, methods and procedures.
- Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.
- Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
