INISIDE Public Accounting is a leader in practice management and CPA firm resources for the public accounting profession that include annual national practice management benchmarking reports and corresponding reports and training. IPA has assisted firms across North America in growing and thriving since 1987.
This position works closely within the INSIDE Public Accounting and Rosenberg Survey teams, focusing on advancing the financial benchmarking surveys and thought leadership initiatives for the accounting profession. The primary responsibility of this role is to support and enhance the team’s marketing and sales efforts. The individual will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at increasing the visibility and participation in our benchmarking surveys, expanding our presence within the accounting industry, and driving the sales of practice management reports. Additionally, this position will play a critical role in improving and streamlining marketing processes, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals. As this is a newly created position, the employee will have the unique opportunity to shape and define the role. This includes creating and implementing a marketing plan from the ground up, identifying and targeting key audiences, and leveraging innovative strategies to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach to their work.

Requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to organize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of general marketing strategies and exceptional customer service delivery.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Successful work experience in a related field; familiarity with the accounting industry is a plus.
- Background in sales or related experience is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
