Summary: Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. |

Minimum Qualifications- 2-year degree in a related field or five years’ experience as an executive assistant or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Legal Contract Review and Management experience preferred.
- Exceptional Communication Skills Required (written and verbal communication)
- 2 years Microsoft Office Suite experience (advanced level)
- Ability to work after 5 p.m. to support executive meetings approximately 4-5 evenings per month.
- Ability to travel to other work locations to support executive meetings.

Essential Functions- Executive Support: Administrative assistance, writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, calendar management, making appointments, prioritizing sensitive matters, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf. 40%
- Complete preliminary review of legal documents such as contracts for consistency in language and requirements in line with a healthcare practice. 20%
- Prepare and organize important legal and strategic materials and plans, agendas, catering, support board meetings and the other meetings. 10%
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors and file management 10%
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. 10%
- Provide clerical support to other departments. 10%

Physical Demands- Hearing, color vision, depth perception, field of vision, balancing, handling, and talking.
