Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized office files and records, ensuring easy access to information.
- Schedule appointments and manage schedules to help the office run smoothly
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Skills
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, clerk, or in an administrative role.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience as an optometry or medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Computer literacy with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
