What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at Telegra MD?

If so, Telegra MD, a leading Telehealth company, is seeking a dedicated P.C.C. / Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing essential support to our patients and contributing to the overall success of our telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage Practitioners relationships.
  • Manage Client requests via calls and emails.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory):

  • Previous experience in patient care is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is desirable.
  • Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting would be beneficial.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care.
  • Coordinate patient requests.
  • Assist with insurance verification and claims processing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheet’s, Gmail.
