Regional Manager

Food Service Company is seeking a Regional Manager to become an integral part of our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join a growing organization and contribute to its operations in our North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia cafeterias.

Responsibilities:

• The sales performance of multiple cafeterias in your region.
• Work with local managers to set targets and increase cafeteria success.
• Recruit, select and retain cafeteria managers; also oversee the recruitment of other employees.
• Mentor employees and training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors. Resolve complaints and service issues.
• Report the performance of their regional branches to upper administration.
• Must have an understanding of their cafeteria daily operations.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong problem solving skills

This is a full-time position with required travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
