This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our sales team, and maintaining financial accuracy.

Job Overview

We seek a detail-oriented and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and payroll procedures, and proficiency in various accounting software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and communications.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Support the sales team with client communications, order processing, and database management.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software, particularly QuickBooks.
  • Experience with payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in the kitchen or cabinetry industry is a plus but not required.
