Job Overview
We seek a detail-oriented and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and payroll procedures, and proficiency in various accounting software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and communications.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform bank reconciliations.
- Support the sales team with client communications, order processing, and database management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Experience with payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in the kitchen or cabinetry industry is a plus but not required.
