Functions

Instructor Developer 1 is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of the Training Documentation for the OPC Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Because Eastern Shipbuilding is continually growing to meet the needs of our customers, the essential duties and responsibilities may be different than described.

• Regular attendance at work and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Supports the development and submittal of Factory Training (FACT) for USCG approval.
• Supports the development and submittal of Familiarization Training (FAMT) for USCG approval.
• Satisfy all Training delivery as defined by the Contract.
• Collaborate with the Training Team to ensure training needs and Contract requirements are met.
• Support Human System Integration (HSI) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE) efforts.
• Perform other duties as instructed.

Supervisory Responsibilities : This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Reporting Relationship : This position will report to the Training Manager.

Qualifications

Education / Experience :

High School Education / GED Equivalent

Damage Control Training Team

Skills & Certifications :

Intermediate level Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
