Functions
Instructor Developer 2 is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of the Training Documentation for the OPC Program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Because Eastern Shipbuilding is continually growing to meet the needs of our customers, the essential duties and responsibilities may be different than described.
- Regular attendance at work and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Supports the development and submittal of Factory Training (FACT) for USCG approval.
- Supports the development and submittal the Familiarization Training (FAMT) for USCG approval.
- Satisfy all Training delivery as defined by the Contract.
- Collaborate Training Team to ensure training needs and Contract requirements are met.
- Support Human System Integration (HSI) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE) efforts.
- Conduct internal departmental training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Interface with Training Management to ensure training needs are understood.
- Perform other duties as instructed.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has informal supervisory responsibilities.
Reporting Relationship: This position will report to the Training Manager.
