Functions
Responsible for Assisting Control Account Managers (CAM) throughout the monthly business rhythm of progress and cost tracking / reporting, including doing any Progress / Earned Value data prep and analysis for assigned crafts / discipline areas.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Because Eastern Shipbuilding is continually growing to meet the needs of our customers, the essential duties and responsibilities may be different than described.
- Regular attendance at work and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Capturing process and production improvements.
- Daily progressing of Production Work Orders.
- Notify management of operations that delay production and alter schedules for unforeseen conditions.
- Stay in constant contact with all craft leadership and assist with any drawing or material issues.
- Tracking of material in support of the production build schedules.
- Perform work in accordance with ESG's ISO standards and EVMS system description
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities : No supervision duties. Travel, if required, is primarily local.
Reporting Relationship
This position will report to the Production Control Supervisor.
