Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is recruiting a Forklift Operator for our client in the Binghamton area! These are 1st shift, contract-to-hire positions with a growing company that offers all major benefits when hired on permanently.
Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming products.
- Inventory control and inventory counts
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Using RF Scanners
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
- Move products to designated areas within the warehouse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Stand 8 hours a day and lift 40-60 lbs repetitively
- Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to operate a sitdown forklift
The estimated hours salary range for this position is $15.50-19.00 per hour, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
