Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the facility. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are kept clean and organized.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented.
- Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the appearance of flooring.
- Handle custodial tasks such as waste disposal and restroom sanitation.
- Assist with floor care, including sweeping, buffing, and polishing surfaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies according to established guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move items as necessary for cleaning tasks.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous.
