Business Development Representative – INVO Underwriting
INVO Underwriting is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive agent engagement, marketing, and submissions. This role is responsible for managing social media and outward marketing efforts, ensuring new agents are onboarded to our web portal, and providing them access to our online carrier markets. The representative will serve as the primary point of contact for introducing agents to our Workers’ Compensation, Personal Lines, and Specialty divisions, ensuring they understand our markets and submission processes. This individual will play a key role in generating new business submissions and expanding agent knowledge of INVO’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media and digital marketing strategies to attract and engage agents.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring smooth access to INVO’s online portal and Digital Marketplace.
- Educate agents on INVO’s Workers’ Comp, Personal Lines, and Specialty divisions appetite and submission processes.
- Drive new business submissions and maintain strong agent relationships.
- Act as a key resource for agents, answering questions and providing ongoing support.
This position requires a self-motivated, marketing-savvy professional with strong communication skills and a passion for expanding market reach.
