Core Responsibilities Executive Leadership Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to CEO, managing communications and calendars
- Facilitate Board governance through meeting coordination, documentation, and communication management
- Plan and execute meetings, committee sessions, and organizational events
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners
HR Operations Support:
- Drive talent acquisition through recruitment coordination and new hire integration
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in employee documentation and record-keeping
- Serve as a resource for policy interpretation and procedural guidance
- Facilitate professional development programs and tracking
- Contribute to employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Navigate sensitive personnel matters with discretion
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma required; higher education preferred
- 5 years administrative experience including 1 year in HR
- Exceptional discretion with confidential information
- Superior organizational and priority management abilities
- Demonstrated success in multi-tasking and deadline management
- Advanced interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility for occasional evening meetings
- Independent problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail
