- Coordinate and print necessary materials and documents in preparation for meetings including but not limited to, Managers, Ad Staff and All Staff meetings, or other meetings as directed.
- Prepare meeting agenda’s an takes minutes for meetings as assigned.
- Coordinate all efforts associated with internal and external training meetings, including scheduling rooms, ordering food, and making reservations.
- Support program leadership in scheduling interviews and preparing interview packets as requested.
- Coordinate shadowing opportunities with behavioral health interns.
- Track program training requirements and program staffing levels and compete follow up with staff to ensure training is completed timely.
- Track and monitor Case Consultation and Risk Management Team recommendations and follow-up.
- Prepare and submit HR-related documentation associated with New Hires, Positions, Terminations, Computer Equipment, etc.
- Provide in-person orientation, training, and support on EHR system and coach new staff on practice protocols.
- Assist others in the agency in getting work done, setting a tone of cooperation, models caring and cooperation behavior, shares resources and volunteers to help others succeed.
- Develop and deliver structured onboarding program for new behavioral health employees that spans across the continuum of onboarding.
- Conduct training sessions covering company policies, culture, systems, and job-specific skills.
- Facilitate interactive sessions, workshops, and orientation programs, including “how to” manuals to engage new hires.
- Collaborate with HR, department managers, and team leaders to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Create and update training materials, as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new employees during their transition period.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions, workshops, and presentations in an engaging and interactive manner.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Demonstrate knowledge of principles of trauma informed care.
- Willingness to support and assist consumers with trauma related issues.
