- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of clerical experience; medical clerical experience preferred
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate ability to engage consumers in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability or phase of recovery.
- Provide support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering solutions in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
- Pulling, filing, auditing and maintaining charts for the team assigned. This includes completing change forms and auditing and maintaining charts in accordance with Utilization Review, MDHHS, MCCMH and accreditation standards.
- May complete agendas and take and maintain Team meeting minutes as requested.
- Management of the APA/PE process; editing to scanning.
- Maintaining the Team’s appointment schedule. Making/changing appointments, including but not limited to quarterly, bi-annual, and annual assessments.
