At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time MST Supervisor Team Lead to join our Multi-Systemic Therapy team (MST) in the Statesville and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do
As the MST Supervisor Team Leader, you will provide guidance and oversee the MST team. Services are delivered in a team approach designed to address the identified needs of children and adolescents with significant behavioral problems who are transitioning from out of home placements or are at risk of out-of-home placement and need intensive interventions to remain stable in the community.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the MST Supervisor Team Leader, you must be able to provide services in various community locations as needed, have working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, experience with Electronic Health Records software, have a passion for helping others and be adept at linking clients to community resources. We also require the following:
- A Master’s degree level QP with minimum of two years of experience working with family and/or youth services.
- Provide “first responder” crisis response on a 24/7/365 basis to consumers who are receiving this service
- Must have 2 years’ experience working with youth with significant behavioral problems
- Must have a valid, unrestricted, driver’s license for the State of North Carolina.
Preferred Experience and Knowledge:
Therapy with children and adults using cognitive behavioral techniques. Couples therapy using behaviorally-based approaches. Behavioral therapy targeting school behavior and academic performance. Implementation of interventions within or between systems in the youth’s natural ecology that affect or influence the behavior of the youth (i.e., family, peer, school, and neighborhood). Collaboration and partnership with community agencies. Previous work providing in-home or community-based therapy services. Professional licensure in related field preferred but not required.
