The teams at Easterseals PORT Health care directly for our clients in the community, including visits to clients living in their own homes.
What You’ll Do
As a Qualified Professional in the Community Support Team (CST), you will provide services to individuals who have a mental health or substance use disorder and meet the two life domains. As a Qualified Professional, you will provide support services by participating in the provision of structured rehabilitative interventions to individuals; such as housing and tenancy, money management, daily activities and personal wellness.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive hourly salary of $20.19 to $24.04 based on your experience This full-time position offers a Monday- Friday flexible 9am- 5pm and will serve the Raleigh area. This position is community based. We offer competitive benefits to benefits eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as a CST Qualified Professional you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an community setting, be able to work independently, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. Participation in the crisis phone rotation. We also require:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an approved accredited institution
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with the Adult Mental Health population
- A valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a good driving record
- Demonstrate high moral and ethical character, and be free of any substantiated charges of abuse or neglect on the NC Healthcare Registry
