At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Crisis Team Lead to join our Community Regional Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia.
$5,000 Sign-on and retention bonus!
We are hiring for the below schedules:
1. 9A-9P Sunday-Tuesday with a half day on Wednesday
2. Half day Wednesday and 9A-9P Thursday-Saturday
What You’ll Do
The CR2 Mobile Crisis Team Lead is responsible for the primary administrative and clinical supervision of the CR2 Mobile Response Team. This role includes reviewing service documentation for accuracy and clinical appropriateness, conducting retrospective service reviews, overseeing assessments, and providing direct supervision to CR2 Coordinators. The Mobile Crisis Team Lead maintains relationships with community partners, coordinates individual care, and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations. Community travel is required within the following areas: Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William.

Prioritize your work/life balance with 3 1/2 day scheduling, with some evening/overnight availability as needed for the shared supervisor on-call rotation. What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must be willing to provide community-based, crisis intervention, and stabilization services, demonstrate strong organizational and documentation skills, and possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
We also require the following:
- Master's degree in health, psychology or social work
- Licensed or Licensed-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience in a mental health/substance use setting.
