What You’ll Do:
- Step in for the Team Lead when needed, providing both clinical and administrative supervision.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in community and home settings.
- Assist in coordinating team functions, including peer reviews, intakes, and new employee training.
- Provide direct clinical supervision to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
- Participate in daily team meetings, case reviews, and client care coordination.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to ensure timely documentation and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid license fully or provisionally (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LPC) in NC
- Minimum of one year of full-time experience working with adults living with severe mental illness
- Comfortable working in community settings with a valid driver’s license
