What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring best practices in mental health treatment.
- Manage team schedules, timesheets, billing, documentation, client intake processes, and utilization reviews.
- Participate directly in client care, providing therapeutic interventions and developing treatment plans to ensure service delivery.
- Actively participate in screening referrals, assessments, and person-centered planning meetings.
- Collaborate with the Psychiatric Care Provider and other team members to ensure high-quality, ethical care is delivered.
- Ensure documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
- Lead daily team meetings and provide on-call crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or LPC) in NC
- At least 3 years of experience working with adults living with severe mental illness, with at least 1-year post-graduate.
- Comfortable working in community settings with a valid driver’s license.
- Prior supervisory experience – preferred.
