- Bachelor's degree (B. S.) or higher in Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) or more years of experience in a chemical plant manufacturing environment required
- The candidate is expected to demonstrate the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment; solve difficult problems and work well with others. The candidate will be expected to both lead and serve on team projects.
- Must be dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers; practice active listening, speak clearly and concisely, write clearly and concisely; make decisions based on a mixture of analysis, experience, and judgment; sets objectives and goals independently.
- Familiarity with industrial plant environments and equipment is required.
- Exhibit good leadership attitudes and behaviors.
- Must be a self-starter with a focus on results. Ability to lead and drive challenging projects forward despite uncertainties.
