The Regional Sales Professional serves as a leader to build a sales team. Their role is to motivate and guide the team towards reaching all sales goals. The Regional Sales Professional is responsible for setting the division's culture, training, and motivating the team to learn continuously.
Requirements
Essential Duties
- Support all Easton Motors sales operations by providing coverage as needed throughout the sales team.
- Work a schedule that flexes based on the company's needs.
- Provide sales training to Easton Motors sales teams as needed.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement efficiencies.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for training needs to allow for consistent follow-up.
- Assist in conducting annual performance reviews accurately and on time. Follow up with Performance improvement plans, if necessary.
- Presents sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the executive team, monthly or upon request.
- Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
- Contribute to team goal to keep turnover rate under 20% to provide excellent employee experience with seasoned sales staff.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment by creating an employee development plan to building a strong sales team.
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, work with location Sales Manager to suggest corrective actions as needed while following the organization's disciplinary policies.
