Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Operations Assistant located in Easton, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, performing various clerical duties, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors
- Perform various clerical duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Support Senior Manager and Customer/Sales Support
Requirements
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Proficient in Clerical Skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
- Two year degree or equivalent; additional qualifications as a front desk representative or related field will be a plus
