What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Eastpointe Condominium I Association Inc?
Job Summary: The Entry Level Front Desk Receptionist should be impeccably mannered and discreet. Greet residents to the property and provide exceptional customer service. This individual will handle tasks outlined herein to assist the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor with daily property operations. They are to establish and maintain a professional, service-oriented relationship with the Association Manager, employees, clients, homeowners, vendors, and service providers. The Front Desk Receptionist should be well-spoken, customer service-oriented, and can multi-task at a quick pace. Although this is an entry level role, this position still serves as a Front Desk employee and must follow the job description and procedures for the Front Desk staff.
The Hours are as follows:
M, T 10:00 PM-6:00 AM
Th, F 2:00 PM- 10:00 PM
The total amount of hours per week are 32 hours.
