**Job Description:**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. You will develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, organize activities, and provide individualized attention to each child to support their development.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum goals and promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of young children.
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and curiosity.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and development.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and uphold high standards of care and education.
**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or GED
-At least 2 years of Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
