We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer support tickets. Your sharp judgment and ability to escalate critical issues appropriately will help maintain the integrity of our community and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This position requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing prompt and accurate resolutions to their concerns.
  • Investigate and mitigate potential fraud using internal tools and procedures, identifying trends, and escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Moderate user-generated content when necessary, including profiles, photos,and descriptions, ensuring compliance with company policies and community guidelines.
  • Exercise excellent judgment in identifying critical issues and escalating them to appropriate teams.
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of customer issues, leveraging available resources and knowledge to provide effective solutions.
  • Clearly explain complex procedures and technical details to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions in adherence to company policies.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on company products, features, and services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve support processes.
  • Represent the company with a professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capability to assess complex situations quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and problem-solving.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting the company’s values in all interactions.
  • Familiarity with content moderation tools, practices, and compliance standards is a strong plus.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, ticketing systems, or content moderation platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-volume support environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or challenging customer situations with cultural awareness and professionalism.
  • Experience in conflict resolution or de-escalation techniques is a strong plus.
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, passion for exceeding customer expectations, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
