This role will serve as a strategic partner to management, supporting business administration, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, reports, and HR documentation.
- Develop and enforce personnel policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather insights for policy and workplace improvements.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including identifying, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality candidates.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and overall employee management.
- Administer employee benefits, respond to inquiries, and provide HR guidance.
- Coordinate training programs to foster a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
- Build strong relationships with employees, addressing concerns and questions.
- Assist in performance evaluations and tracking.
- Process payroll and timesheets efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and recognition programs.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (a plus).
