Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist for our client based in Acton, MA. What You’ll Do:
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for both local and remote users
- Troubleshoot network, server hardware, PC, Mac, iOS, Android, software, and telecommunications issues
- Support the IT needs of departments like corporate, manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, and field sales
- Document and escalate technical issues through the ServiceNow helpdesk system
- Create Knowledge Base articles to promote self-service support
- Assist with IT compliance activities (HIPAA, SOX404, GDPR)
- Support provisioning and deprovisioning of hardware and software access
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT Service Delivery team
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of hands-on ServiceDesk experience
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with mobile device management (MDM) for Apple and Android devices
- Experience with endpoint management platforms like Microsoft SCCM and VMware AirWatch
- Strong understanding of secure endpoint management and ITIL practices
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
