Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:
The IT Service Delivery Specialist will provide hands-on technical support to local and remote users, ensuring smooth IT operations and exceptional customer service. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues while maintaining compliance with IT security and regulatory standards. The specialist will also support IT service improvement initiatives and collaborate with various teams to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while documenting solutions in the helpdesk system (ServiceNow).
- Support IT needs across multiple departments, including corporate, manufacturing, R&D, and field teams.
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory standards (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR).
- Identify trends in technical issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Assist with IT projects and collaborate with cybersecurity and systems teams to enhance IT service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 years of hands-on IT Service Desk experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) for Apple and Android devices.
- Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (Microsoft SCCM, VMware AirWatch).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- ITIL, ServiceNow, or relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, MCSE, CCENT) are a plus.
