Essential Functions :
- Oversee the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Select and purchase new and replacement hardware / software to support cost-effective technology solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, and modify information systems to ensure effective operations.
- Generate performance reports for operating systems.
- Ensure all IT activities comply with applicable laws, codes, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor and manage disaster recovery plans and backup procedures.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for the onsite ERP application.
- Remain up-to-date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
- Actively engage with teams by walking the floor, building relationships, and offering hands-on support.
- Service IT needs across three sites : Phoenix, Chandler, and Nogales, Mexico.
