Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. An international full-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their Sacramento office. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate, with a strong background in litigation support and trial preparation.
Essential Functions:
- Assist attorneys with case management strategies, including discovery, expert witness preparation, and trial preparation.
- Develop discovery plans, document review protocols, and manage complex document review projects.
- Prepare and serve subpoenas in State and Federal court.
- Maintain communication with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and experts, ensuring confidentiality of client matters.
- Keep accurate time records for billing and apply relevant technology to improve litigation management.
- Draft all types of written discovery and proofread for errors.
- Work independently or with a team to strategize and implement case management strategies.
Qualifications:
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate or attorney declaration under BPC 6450.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Extensive knowledge of Federal and State court rules and procedures.
- Experience with trial software, including Trial Director, Relativity, Adobe Acrobat, and others.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to draft discovery, proofread, and strategize case management independently.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
